ABSTRACTS and POSTERS

Abstracts

All  abstracts can be submitted online starting from March 1, 2010 with the deadline for submission on  April 25^th, 2010

The abstract for oral presentations or posters are written in English and the text must contain the following sections: title, the name(s) of the author(s) and their professional postal and email addresses. The abstract should include a brief introduction, objectives, methodology, results and conclusions.

The abstract must be printed in Microsoft Word (rtf or doc), single spaced, 12-point type in Times New Roman font and justified. The text of the abstract must be a single paragraph that does not exceed 3,000 characters including spaces, without titles, authors, addresses and e-mails. Please, underline presenting author.

The abstracts will be published in the Proceedings of the International  Symposium. Both as hard copy electronic (CD) versions that will be distributed to all participants.

Posters

They will be exhibited on a specific day that will be indicated to the authors in advance. The posters should be printed in 'portrait format' and should not exceed size of 1.2 m L x 0.90m W. Presenters must be present with their poster during the exhibition period, for exchange of information with colleagues.
